I've been in the software industry for more than 30 years now and I still am not sure I have got it right yet. But, that is what I love about it! Technology constantly is changing. Tools, techniques, and processes are constantly improving. The minute you think you have it under control, the industry pulls the rug out from under you. The most exciting thing that has happened in my 30 years is the Agile software movement. We all want to be more "Agile". This is a place to share thoughts and ideas on how to get there.
